Warranty & Return Policy

1.Standard Warranty

 1.1 Standard Warranty details: New Unlocked, Open Box, Used Rate, New Branded. 
The standard warranty includes 30 Days repair warranty from MOBILE CAT.

1.2 Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. This applies to purchases which are found to be defective, or if the customer no longer wants the item.

 

1.2.1 Returns of non-defective item(s):

  • If the customer wishes to return an item which is not defective, please note the returned item(s) should be in AS NEW CONDITION with DOCUMENTATION and FULL PACKAGING. The seller reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the specifications listed above.
  • For USED RATED phones the returned item should be in AS SOLD condition with documentation and full packaging.
  • The sellers reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% for the item(s)
  • Delivery of non-defective items back to the seller will not be refunded.

 

1.2.2 Returns of defective item(s):

  • If the customer wishes to return an item which is defective, please note the returned item(s) should be in AS NEW CONDITION with DOCUMENTATION and FULL PACKAGING. The seller reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the specifications listed above.
  • For USED RATED phones the returned item should be in AS SOLD condition with documentation and full packaging.
  • Delivery of defective items back to the seller will not be refunded if the conditions mentioned above are not met.
  • The sellers will refund or replace the defective item(s) based on the customer’s choice if the conditions mentioned above are met.
  • Delivery of non-defective items back to the seller will be refunded if the conditions mentioned above are met.

 

1.3 Customers are entitled to repair services for defective items purchased within 30 days of delivery.

 

1.3.1 Repairs of defective item(s) returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • If the Item(s) are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase the customer is entitled to repair services.
  • The item(s) should be sent to the seller’s HQ before the standard warranty expiration date of the days since purchase.
  • The item(s) should be sent to the seller’s HQ with the appropriate receipt and documentation
  • The seller will complete an investigation to verify the validity of the return claims.
  • Item(s) returned with the following damages will not be repaired:
    • Water Damage
      1) Being dropped in water
      2) Rain, fog or mist droplets
      3) Spilling liquid on the phone
    • Physical Damage
      1) Broken LCD screen
      2) Damage to housing
      3) Broken charging port
      4) Warped internal components Man-made damage, such as
      -Irregular operation
      -Dropped from high place
  • After the investigation the sellers reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% for the item(s)
  • Delivery of non-defective items back to the seller will not be refunded.
  • If the item(s) are returned without the previously mentioned damages or conditions, the repairs will be arranged at no cost to the customers and returned to them within 30 days.
  • If the repair is to take longer than 30 days a suitable replacement items will be sent to the customer for the period.

 

1.3.2 Repairs of defective item(s) not returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • The customer can send the item(s) back for repairs, but the cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the customer agrees on the repairs the items will be fixed and an invoice will be sent.
  • Once the invoice is paid the item will be sent back to the customer.
  • If the customer does not agree on the repairs, the items will be sent to the customer
  • The cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the client.

 

1.4 Standard Warranty Coverage

Warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing software malfunction
  • Manufacturer or hardware defects
  • More than three dead pixels

 

1.5 Standard Warranty Exclusions:

Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Any damages unrelated to manufacturing defects.
  • Product malfunction or damage resulting from liquids or moisture.
  • CID (Customer Induced Damage) and NDF (No Defect Found). CID and NDF status will be notified to the customer when RMA inspection process is completed.
  • Software defects. Damage caused by applications or firm wares which are not compatible with the device.
  • Product has been tampered, repaired and/or modified without official permission. Tampering, rooting, modification or removal of the serial number label shall immediately void the applicable warranty.
  • Inspection and return shipping fee will be charged at the customer expense when the above causes of RMA return damages are present.* Please note that for returns of water-resistant device, we cannot guarantee continued water-resistance after opening the device.

1.6 Standard Warranty details: Cell phone accessories and parts.
The standard warranty includes 60 Days repair warranty.

1.7 Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. This applies to purchases which are found to be defective, or if the customer no longer wants the item.

1.7.2 Returns of defective item(s):

  1. Extended Warranty Plans1 Year Extended WarrantyProtect your device from hardware or software failures for 1 year after purchase.

The cost of the extended warranty is 125$ and must be added to the item(s) at the time of purchase.

2.1 What it covers:

  • Mechanical and Electrical Failure
  • Touchscreen Failure
  • Antenna/Wi-Fi Failure
  • Power-On Issues

 

2.2 What is doesn’t cover:

  • Water Damage
    Being dropped in water
    b. Rain, fog or mist droplets
    c. Spilling liquid on the phone
  • Physical Damage
    Broken LCD screen
    b. Damage to housing
    c. Broken charging port
    d. Warped internal components Man-made damage, such as
    -Irregular operation
    -Dropped from high place

 

2.3 Extended warranty notes:

  • Extended Warranty Plans cannot be refunded once item has shipped
  • Extended Warranty Plans cannot be applied to b-stock, refurbished, or open-box item
  • Extended Warranty Plans will not cover return shipping outside of the original delivery country

 

 

RETURNS 

1.Mobile phones return instructions

a. Items Damaged in Transit
If items were visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 7 working days, as well as providing us with the proof as following:

  • Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box
  • Photo, video, screenshot of the defective item
  • Photo, video, screenshot of the defect or defective area

After this information has been provided our sales manager will communicate with you for further information.

 

2.Accessories (Phone cases) and parts.

Within 30 days of receiving item please return it using a shipping label which will be provided by contact our sales manager at (Salesmanager@mobilecat.com). Please explain the reasons for return.

  • If the customer wishes to return an item, please note the returned item(s) should be in AS NEW CONDITION with DOCUMENTATION and FULL PACKAGING. The seller reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the specifications listed above.
  • The sellers reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% for the item(s)
  • Delivery of non-defective items back to the seller will not be refunded.

4.Cancellations

Instructions:

  • In order to cancel an order please email (Salesmanager@mobilecat.com)
  • If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel the order. Please note that orders generally process within 48-72 hours, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible.
  • If your order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled, please refer to the following section on how to return your order.
